We can. Rocksoft is a full-stack company — the design team works alongside the same developers who will build the product. If you want to move from design directly into development with one team that owns both, that's a natural next step.
That said, there's no obligation. If you have your own development team, or you want to go to tender with finished specifications, the design deliverables are yours to take anywhere.
Yes. We design in Figma with developer handoff in mind — components are named and structured to map cleanly to how they'll be built, and we document behaviour, states, and edge cases explicitly. Your developers shouldn't have to guess at anything.
We're also used to working iteratively: if something turns out to be harder to build than expected, we'd rather adjust the design than hold up development. We stay available through the build phase, not just until the files are delivered.
We define success criteria before we start — not after. That means agreeing upfront on what we're trying to change: completion rates on a specific flow, reduction in a certain support category, time-on-task for a key action, or conversion on a specific step.
We don't measure success by how the design looks. We measure it by whether users do what the product needs them to do.
If you already have analytics or session recordings in place, we use them. If you don't, we'll tell you what to set up before we begin — so the improvement is measurable, not just visible.
A product that works technically and a product that works for users are two different things. Most software built under pressure — MVPs, developer-led builds, rapid iterations — functions correctly but creates friction in ways that are easy to miss from the inside.
The symptoms are usually: users sign up but don't complete key actions, support tickets asking the same questions repeatedly, low conversion on flows that should convert, or feedback that something "just feels clunky."
A UX Audit is a good starting point if you're not sure whether you have a design problem. It gives you a concrete list of what's creating friction and what it's costing you — before you commit to a full redesign.
UX (user experience) is the structure and logic of how a product works — the flow, the information architecture, what happens when something goes wrong. UI (user interface) is how it looks and feels. In practice, you can't separate them cleanly: bad visual hierarchy is a UX problem, and a confusing flow doesn't get fixed by making buttons prettier.
For most clients, what matters isn't the terminology — it's the outcome. Users should be able to do what they came to do, without confusion, without friction, and without calling support. That's what we design for.
