If the code is in good enough shape to build on, we build on it. If parts of it need to be rewritten, we tell you that upfront — with a clear reason and a cost estimate.
It depends on where your users are. If you're targeting a business audience or premium consumers, iOS often comes first. If you're building for a broader or more global audience, Android matters more. For most products, you'll eventually need both.
