Avoid budget overruns
Our Discovery Workshop gives you clarity, alignment, and step-by-step execution plan - so your investment stays under control.

Reality check
You have an idea, but no clear roadmap to execute it.
Sales wants one thing, operations want another, and you’re stuck in the middle trying to make everyone happy.
You’ve heard horror stories of development budgets that spiral out of control because the scope wasn’t defined.
We get it. That’s why we don’t just start climbing blind. We map the route first.
You wouldn’t start a tough climb without studying the map first.
Yet, in software development, we constantly rush to write code before we even agree on the destination.
A discovery workshop is our base camp. It’s where we sit down, spot the hidden traps and draw the route.
It is the difference between reaching the summit and running out of budget halfway up.

Deliverables
Depending on the plan you choose, you walk away with physical sets you can take to any developer or investor.

The “North Star” document

We crystallise your problem statement and success criteria so everyone - from stakeholders to developers - knows exactly why we are building this.

The feature audit

We ruthlessly prioritise your ideas. We separate “Core” from “Optional” features so you don’t blow your budget on things users don’t need yet.

Technical reality check

We don't guess at technology. You get a technical option comparison giving you high-level advice on which stack actually fits your scale.

The execution plan

A clear roadmap and next steps. This is your foundation for accurate estimation and scoping—no more "black box" quotes.

No. In fact, the Discovery Workshop is designed for exactly the opposite situation. Many clients come in with a rough concept, a vague problem, or a list of features that keep changing.
The session helps you move from that uncertainty to something concrete — a defined problem, prioritized scope, and a clear direction. You bring your business context. We bring the structure.
Yes. While the standard format is remote, we can run the workshop on-site at your location. Travel and accommodation costs are covered by the client.
If you prefer an in-person session — especially for the Extended package with multiple stakeholders — just let us know when booking and we'll arrange the details.
It depends on where you are in the process.
If you have a rough idea and just need initial clarity, the Starter package is enough to validate your direction and decide whether to move forward.
If you have stakeholders involved and want a solid foundation for scoping and estimation, the Standard package gives you the depth you need.
The PRO package is for companies that need full alignment across business, product, and technology teams — and want a blueprint they can take to investors or developers with confidence.
