Most integration projects run between two and six weeks, depending on the number of systems involved and the complexity of the data flows. A straightforward bidirectional sync between two well-documented APIs is at the shorter end. Multi-system integrations with custom business logic and legacy systems take longer.
We give you a realistic timeline estimate after the Integration Assessment, not before it. That way, the estimate is based on what we've actually seen — not on what we assume your systems look like.

Native integrations are a good starting point, but they often cover the straightforward case — not yours. They sync certain fields, in one direction, on a fixed schedule. When your business logic is more specific — when you need data transformed, filtered, or routed differently depending on conditions — native connectors hit their limits quickly.
We work with both: we'll tell you when a native connector or a no-code tool like Make.com is the right answer, and we'll build custom when it isn't. The goal is the right solution, not the most complex one.
