The role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC) to join our growing team at Diligently, the marketing arm of Rocksoft.
You'll own paid campaigns, optimize performance, and drive measurable sales and revenue growth for companies we work with in the US, Germany, and Scandinavia. We care about campaigns that change the numbers that matter, not ones that just look good in a report.
This role is ideal for someone who's run PPC campaigns before and wants a place where strategy and data really matter.
Where you'll work
We're primarily looking for someone from our area (Ustroń and the surrounding region), because the role requires being in the office at least once a week.
If we can't find the right person nearby, we'll consider fully remote applications as a second option – so if you're based elsewhere in Poland, apply anyway.
What you'll do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our clients to maximize ROI
- Track what happens after the click – work with analytics to improve conversion paths
- Suggest improvements based on real data, not guesswork
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and account managers on client campaigns
- Analyze website traffic in Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity and find opportunities for growth
What we're looking for
- Passion for data analysis and digital marketing
- Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management (2 years)
- Fluent English (min. B2) – you'll work directly with international clients
- Clear communication skills – you can explain numbers in a way people act on
- Curiosity and willingness to keep up with what's working in PPC today, especially how AI can be used in PPC
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture
Nice to have
- German or Norwegian language skills
- Experience with other paid channels
About us
We're a team of ~35 passionate people, mixing office vibes in Ustroń (yes, with mountain views 🏔️) and remote work across Poland.
We work on international projects, keep hierarchies lean, and care about meaningful work over endless bureaucracy.
Work-life balance isn't just a phrase here – people actually stick around because of it.
Several of our team members were freelancers for years before joining – and they still keep that freedom mindset, just with the support of a steady team and projects that go further than solo work. If you're coming from freelance, you'll fit right in.
