Meeting face-to-face is quite different from "integration on Teams." We found this out last Friday by organizing a Rocksoft housewarming party. Besides the integration of ¾ of the team (we remind you that we have employees from all over Poland and we are extremely pleased with this turnout) we officially opened the office. Since the beginning of 2021, as many as 11 people have joined Rocksoft, for many of them it was the first opportunity to meet their colleagues, in the off-camera version. Such meetings confirm that a "home" office with a piece of greenery and, most importantly, with a view of the mountains, is becoming our hallmark, straight from Ustron.
