The challenge

Our client approached us in late October with an app development project that needed immediate attention.

The development was already underway but had been stalled due to shifting priorities with the previous provider. The goal was clear: get the app ready and launched as soon as possible.

Key challenges included:

  • Tight deadlines to launch before the holiday season.
  • Completing missing user flows, such as subscription and registration.
  • Ensuring smooth performance on iOS and Android devices.
  • Delivering a user-friendly experience with a polished design.

The app that was being developed looked cheap and old. The client wanted at least Sillicon Valley quality of the design.
