In September 2022 we sent out a survey to our Clients to rate their satisfation of the services that we deliver. Here are some insights from the results of the satisfation of our main three clients:

After the survey, we organized 1:1 meetings with the contact person for every client where they presented their feedback on our cooperation and we gave them our feedback.
Although we think the results are not bad, there is surely a lot of work ahead of us, especially with the question no. 4, about the development. Our slogan says „Progress everyday” and it should be clear for our customers that our services are better every day.
